Any access and, or use of the Website https://www.shopglow-up.com implies compliance with all provisions of these terms and conditions and their acceptance. They therefore constitute a contract between GLOW UP SHOP and the Customer. The General Conditions of Sale can be read on the Website https://www.shopglow-up.com (hereinafter "the Website"). The Customer can find them at any time. The purchases of Products on the Website are reserved for natural persons, who do not act within the framework of their professional activity, aged over 18 and having full legal capacity. The Website does not allow the purchase of Products for resale. Any order for a Product offered on the Website implies the full and entire adhesion of the User to these Terms and Conditions. References such as "we" or "us" in these Terms of Services refer to GLOW UP SHOP, and any reference to "you" or "your" refers to an User or Customer of the Website.

 

ARTICLE 2: PLACE AN ORDER

 

You can place an order on our Website https://www.shopglow-up.com 24/24h and 7/7d. The order process consists of four (4) successive steps. Once your choice of Products has been made (size, colour, quantity), and your basket validated, you must:

Proceed to payment.

Choose your delivery method: at your home or office.

Choose your method of payment.

Accept the general conditions of sale by checking the box provided for this purpose on the summary page of your order. The validation of the order implies the irrevocable adhesion to these Terms.

The payment will formally and definitively formalise the sales contract that binds you to GLOW UP SHOP. You have the possibility at any time to view and modify the items of your order by clicking on "My cart ». 

After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by GLOW UP SHOP.

Once your order is confirmed and provided you have previously obtained authorisation to debit your account, GLOW UP SHOP will proceed with its shipment.

 

ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

 

Items visible on the Website are available while supplies last. In case of debit or receipt for the order of an unavailable item, GLOW UP SHOP agrees to offer a credit or refund the Customer within 15 days. GLOW UP SHOP undertakes to prevent by email the Customer who has ordered an unavailable item.

 

ARTICLE 4 : PRICES AND PAYMENT

 

The selling prices are indicated in Euros and All Taxes (including VAT) are excluded from the product price and shipping costs. The Value Added Tax (VAT) is the one in force on the day of the order on the French territory. These are to be payed by the Customer when the product is received. 

 

The prices applied are those appearing on the Website at the time of the validation of the order. Prices may be changed at any time by the seller, without notice, and especially in case of change of tax or economic data.

 

The price of the Products purchased and items ordered must be paid in euros and online. Bank charges incurred by the payment are the responsibility of the Customer. The goods delivered remain the property of the seller until the payment is complete. GLOW UP SHOP will not be required to proceed with the delivery of the Products ordered by the Customer if the price has not been previously paid in full.

 

Online payment is by credit card or using a Paypal payment account. You certify that you are the credit card holder one of the Paypal account used when paying for your items. A summary invoice of the order will be available from the dispatch of the order after the order is made.

 

ARTICLE 5: FEES AND PAYMENT COUNTRY

 

We deliver the products in all France, including Corsica, Switzerland, the countries of the European Union and abroad. We ship all over the world, for the foreigns shippings thank you to contact us. 

 

Modes of delivery work via La Poste or DHL express, delivery charges for each order will depend of the each invoice, size and weight of your order. They each vary depending on the destination. In this case, the costs will be your responsibility and will be displayed in the summary of your order at the checkout point.

 

GLOW UP SHOP being physically unable to provide Customers with accurate information on the total amount of fees related to customs duties and formalities, import taxes applicable in the country where delivery is requested. Payment of these fees, which may be necessary for the entry of products ordered in the delivery territory, is the sole responsibility of the Customers.

 

ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY TIME

 

We prepare and ship your purchase within 24-48 hours during the business days. For customized items period could take longer depending on the personalization. The Customer will be notified by e-mail as soon as the shipment of his parcel is done and will receive the order tracking number to be informed of the proper delivery of his parcel.

 

Products purchased by the Customer are usually delivered between 2 to 8 working days in metropolitan France. In all cases the products are delivered within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the payment. In case of exceeding this deadline, the Customer can request to our emails the exact point of his parcel.

 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The ordered products will be delivered to the delivery address that you indicated at the time of your order. We can not be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address.

 

ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT AND SECURITY

 

Payment of purchases must be made using a credit card (Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or via a Paypal account. The order will be registered upon acceptance of payment by the banking service. You must enter the card type, the name on the card, the card number, the expiry date and the security code located on the back of the card in the slots provided for this purpose. These general conditions of use and sale are subject to French law. In case of persistent disagreement on the application, interpretation and execution of these, and in the absence of amicable agreement, any dispute will be under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
